Love is our essential nutrient.

This has been a huge lesson for me -- that it all comes down to love. Giving, receiving, feeling worthy of love. I think that's where a lot of my doing and doing and doing came from: to earn love, get love, feel love. I didn't know that it was inside all the time, that I could close my eyes and feel it, that I didn't have to earn it. You have it too - inside. It may feel small, awkward to go looking inside for love. But it's there. Blow on it like an ember, gently at first, then with all your heart like it's the thing that will save your life. Because it will.
