Loving yourself...

Loving yourself - oh, that is the greatest challenge of all! Something that should be so easy, can be so hard for a million reasons, a thousand sad stories, a thousand outrages....but ultimately it is up to me, and to you, to learn to love yourself, to say that we are here, we are adults, we are know best and the best we can do is to start on this journey, inward, toward love. It cannot come from outside, it starts within, with you. And even if you begin with the smallest step - to not punish yourself with your own words, just start there. And if you can, believe, if you can, you are child of god, a spark of source energy, a part of the universe, great bright and shining. That is the journey I am taking - and I hope, on your path, you will undertake that journey too.
