Choose to live.

I usually post positive messages, but sometimes I have to say what I see and this is a truth that I know: Choosing to ignore your own needs is not heroic, it's a slow form of suicide, it's a deadly habit, a way of giving up your self, giving over your life to meet the demands of everything and everyone around you. And, that's not what we're here to do. God or the Universe or whatever you believe in did not put you here to disappear and fade away. You are here to live and shine with your own special bright, unique, radiant light. Choose to live and shine today, however brightly, however meekly, but shine. Today. Much love.
